KSIPM OS is an ad-hoc Linux based operating system for embedded and server systems.
KSIPM OS was developed as a proprietary version of an embedded operating system based on the open source Linux OS specifically for traffic enforcement systems and higher-level software. The main advantages of KSIPM OS is the functionality optimized for traffic enforcement systems.
KSIPM OS is embedded in traffic control systems in binary format when a system is manufactured, so the OS does not require additional download and/or installation operations and is supplied as an integral part of the manufactured system.
KSIPM OS is a Linux build with specialized functionality for operation of traffic enforcement systems and higher-level software, a set of libraries of drivers for dedicates roadside equipment, as well as communication modules of secure data transfer. All the functions out of scope are excluded from the distribution kit. This allows for:
